Product Quality Statement
- Adopt virgin 3003/3004 aluminum alloy as raw material instead of recycled mixed aluminum, featuring compact texture, stable compression & bending resistance to prevent plate deformation, cabinet warpage and fence fracture.
- Adopt hot-press lamination of PETG/PET/CPL/HPL for surface treatment, firmly bonded without delamination or blistering. The surface is scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, moisture-proof and mildew-proof, suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor areas and damp balconies for long-term service.
- Standardized full-process production including CNC cutting, seamless welding, precise edge sealing and dust-free coating with tight tolerance control. The flatness error of panels is less than 0.2mm for tight assembly and uniform gaps.
- Strict quality control system: raw material sampling inspection → mechanical performance test for semi-finished products → salt spray test, abrasion resistance test & waterproof test for finished goods. Full inspection before delivery with defective products eliminated, factory pass rate above 99.8%.
- All-aluminum structure contains zero formaldehyde, eco-friendly and fire-resistant up to Class B fire rating, safe for residential and commercial scenarios.
